The surgery on the 11 month old twins was performed in 2001 at the Singapore General Hospital. A team of 20 doctors worked in shifts to separate the girls who were conjoined at the head for 4 Days (103 hours). The doctors, who primarily expected a case of shared cranial cavity, found out later that the brains were partially fused. Officially Incredible!!
To Break The Record, An individual or a team of professional doctors would have to perform a continuous surgical operation, lasting longer than 103 hours.
