Dr.Dillip Kumar Pattanayak is having around 20 years of teaching, Research and Administrative experience in higher education. Presently he is working as a Deputy Registrar (Academic, Research & Establishment) at Central university of Odisha. Prior to join at central University of Odisha, he was working as Associate Professor & HOD at GIET University Gunupur, Odisha. He has guided 4 PhD scholars and 20 master students. He is a regular reviewer of many scientific journals. He has translated the AICTE prescribed text book “Introduction to Electromagnetism’’ for degree engineering students from English to regional(Odia) language as a part of NEP 2020,which is first of its kind in Odisha. Apart from teaching and research he is instrumental in establishing science laboratories in the undeveloped part of southern Odisha. Hence is a popular face in the locality as a facilitator for the needy students who are deprived of quality education. He is presently holding the position of Joint secretary of Odisha Physical Society and founding member of Society for Physics and Functional Materials (SPFM). His untiring effort for providing quality education and expertise will help institutional building activities for many educational institutions.
