Obtained B.Com from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and BBA, MBA in Finance and M.Phil in Business Administration from Annamalai University. Conferred with PhD in Management from West Bengal State University, Kolkata. Expertise in HR Policies, Manning Strategies, HRD Initiatives, Managing Manpower Surpluses & Shortages, Recruitment, Transfers, Promotions, Pay Fixations, Seniority Issues, Pension Matters, Staff Welfare Measures and Training & Development. He is serving as a visiting faculty of HR Management with Pranabananda Institute of Management & Technology under Netaji Subhas Open University, Kolkata, India. Conferred with 15+ Research & Academic Awards in the domain of HRM with Indo Asian – Best Researcher Award 2021 in Human Resource Management, Outstanding Academic Leader of the year 2022 to name few. Published Book titled “Human Resource Interventions in the Government Departments” by LAP Lambert Academic Publishing, Republic of Moldova, Europe.
