Dr. Harmanjit Singh is an academician and Clinical Pharmacologist. He is currently working in the Department of Pharmacology, Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh as an Assistant professor. He is a passionate teacher and a dynamic researcher. He has worked in reputed institutes like All India Institute of Medical Sciences (as a DM Clinical Pharmacology Resident) and PGIMER Chandigarh (As a Senior Resident). His research areas include, Pharmacological and Clinical aspects of Diabetology, Dyslipidemias and related disorders, Drug safety and Pharmacovigilance, systematic reviews and meta- analyses. He is trained in all aspects of Clinical Research and Research Methodology and he has many publications and book chapters to his credit. He is a member of reputed scientific societies like British Pharmacological Society, American College of Clinical Pharmacology, and Indian Pharmacological Society etc. He is peer reviewer of many reputed journals like BMJ open, Cardiovascular Diabetology, Expert Review of Anti-infective therapy etc.
