Dr. Harpreet Singh has been working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences at IFTM University, Moradabad since September 2012. Dr. Harpreet Singh has received a Ph.D. degree from IFTM University, Moradabad in 2017; a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry in 2012 from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and a Bachelor's in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) in 2010 from Uttar Pradesh Technical University. He has guided six M.Pharm students, presented papers at various national and international conferences, and published several articles in journals of repute. He also published books on polymer chemistry and social pharmacy. Currently, he is guiding four PhD students and two M.Pharm students. His teaching interests include organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and pharmacology. He has received the Rashtriya Gaurav Award-2019 and was conferred a Certificate of Excellence by the India International Society, New Delhi. He also received a Certificate of Merit for the research article entitled "Isolation, characterization, and Quantification of bioactive compounds from Cleome viscosa L. seeds" published in the South African Journal of Botany in the Dr. P.D. Sethi Memorial Annual National Awards 2018 by Anchrom Technologists. His primary research interests are in the fields of phytochemistry, drug design, and analytical chemistry. He is actively involved in organizing Faculty Development Programmes and webinars in the pharmacy department of IFTM University.
