Dr. Sivasakthi has earned her M.Sc degree in Chemistry from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli in the year of 2011. M.Phil research program from St John's College, Palayamkottai in the year of 2013. She has qualified the national exams like CSIR-NET, SLET and GATE in chemical sciences with good ranking. She got her PhD in 2019 from SRM Institute of Science and Technology. Currently she is working as Research Scientist-C in Centre for Waste Management, Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology. During her PhD, she has joined in a DST sponsored project as Junior Research fellow and worked on developing the high-temperature resistant geopolymeric composites and completed successfully. It was focussed on the development of high-temperature resistant fly ash based geopolymers and their characterization for thermal, mechanical and microstructural properties and received PhD degree in the year of 2019. She has published 20 research papers in reputed journals and more than 30 conferences and received 2 best paper awards. Currently she is running SERB power granted project.
