DR. KAUSHIK KUMAR PANIGRAHI has successfully completed his eight years in research & teaching since his joining as an Assistant Professor-cum-junior breeder. Presently he is actively involved in teaching and research required for undergraduate & post graduate studies. In many occasions he has served himself as a resource person for imparting knowledge to budding farm entrepreneurs for instance in the context such as “Entrepreneurship Development on Fodder production and Feeding management for Self-Employment in ARD Sector”. Adding to this, he give several trainings and lectures to base level officers of Agriculture Department (AAO/OAIC), Govt. of Odisha, India regarding Genetic Purity and Quality Seed production.
