Luigi Maxmilian Caligiuri, graduated Magna cum Laude in Physics in 1995,from 2001 is professor of Physics, from 2013, also the chief director of Foundation of Physics Research Center (FOPRC). He is expert member of the International Engineering and Technology Institute (IETI). He belongs to European Quantum Flagship and is invited member of CENELEC Focus Group on Quantum Technology. He belongs to (SAI) “Science and Information Organization” and is also visiting professor at “International Institute of Invincible Rhythms” of India. He has published over 110 papers in peer-reviewed international journals of physics and engineering and is editorial board member of many international journals in the fields of theoretical and applied physics. He has received several international achievements and awards for its scientific and research activity. Now he is considered a world expert in Quantum Hypercomputing and Coherent Quantum Field Theory.
