Er. Kailash Chandra Mahajan is working as Assistant Professor at College of Agriculture, JNKVV, Jabalpur (MP). He did his M.Tech. In Post Harvest Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He had also qualified GATE and ICAR-NET examination. He has more than 20 years of experience in teaching , research, extension and rural development activities. Er. Mahajan was awarded Outstanding Scientist Award in the field of Post Harvest Process & Food Engineering-2019, Best Poster Presentation awards, received Certificate of Appreciation for contributing in different departmental activities. He also received certificate for exceptional contribution as Primary Evaluator in Tycothan-2021 from Govt. of India. He has published more than 10 research papers, 04 leaflets, 01 training compendium, Book Chapters, delivered number of Radio/TV talks and about more than 50 popular articles. He has attended more than 50 National Seminar/Conferences/ trainings/ webinars online/offline. His research interest areas are Post Harvest Management, value addition of fruits and vegetables, Cold extrusion and various sectors of Post Harvest Process and Food Engineering.
