Download Nomination Form and submit as per rules and regulations. Submit your entry with necessary details by creating account in www.recordowner.com then go to my account- > Contest-> Accept Contest-> Select your contest -> click submit. You need to upload filled nomination form with candidate photograph. Plus email all details at info@recordowner.com also.
